For our Studio in Milan, we are looking for a Junior content creator.
They will be reporting to the Head of Communication Design.

Main Tasks:

• Create and manage content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.), including text, images, videos, and stories.
• Collaborate with the team to develop digital content campaigns aligned with the company’s strategy.
• Ensure that all content aligns with the brand’s tone of voice and image.
• Assist in managing the online community by responding to comments and interactions.
• Create basic visual content (such as images and short videos) using tools like Canva or Adobe Suite.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new content ideas.

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in a similar role or recent graduate;
• A degree in Communication, Marketing, Media Studies, or a similar field (or equivalent experience).
• Passion for digital content creation and social media.
• Basic knowledge of key social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Familiarity with graphic and video design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects etc.) and
• Ability to adapt quickly to changes and work dynamically and creatively.

Title: Interior Designer
Location: Milan (Italy)

We are looking for a motivated and proactive person as Interior Designer to join our team in Milan.

The Role
The Interior Designer will join the Interior Design Department always cooperating with the other dept such as grafics, architecture and styling if requested.

Main Responsibilities and Duties

· Share and develop the interior design vision of the studio;
· To take part of the development of the design and the project with input from the project manager in charge;
· To develop drawings, models, images, material, mood boards and other documents relating to the design;
· To liaise where appropriate with members of the external design team and other associated organisations and companies;
· To seek continuing professional development to keep abreast of current design trends.

The Successful Candidate

The successful candidate should have at least 5/7 years of experience and should have the following characteristics:

· Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or Architecture;
· Good understanding of and affinity with the studio’s design approach;
· Good Knowledge of English and Italian;
· Excellent knowledge of software packages, Adobe Suite and MS Office;
· Good knowledge of Archicad;
· Communication, problem solving and organisational skills;
· Previous experience in architectural and interior design projects;
. Ability to understand and formulate design intents;
· Ability to integrate interior design requirements with architecture;
· Experience in detailed design;
· Keen to embrace change quickly;
· Positive attitude;
· Ability to work in team;
· Additionally willing to travel (max 15%)

For our office in Milan, we are looking for a creative and innovative Senior interior Stylist.

The Role
The Senior Interior Stylist with Interior Designers and Architects in defining overall concept for a project.

• Assisting Interior Designers and Architects in defining overall concept for the project;
• Resourcing high quality materials;
• Working on presentation sketches/renderings;
• Presenting overall concept to client;
• Monitoring the design industry to identify future trends ;
• Developing specific moods per area with product selection and hard/soft materials in a presentation format;
• Creating physical material boxes, photograph and edit them for digital presentation;
• Keeping contacts with preferred suppliers and keep the materials archive constantly updated;
• Identify potential new and interesting suppliers and meet them,
• Update the preferred suppliers list and propose new ones to the team (every 6 months);
• Constant research online and offline for inspiration (fairs, exhibitions etc);
• Spot assistance on interior design projects for generating product and material lists;

The successful Candidate should have 10 years of experience in an international context and should have the following characteristics:
• Bachelor of Architecture or Interior Design degree;
• General knowledge of project design;
• Creative thinking and innovation-oriented;
• Ability to work in team;
• Effective communication skills;
• Proficiency in Indesign and Photoshop, Adobe, archicad is a plus;
• Good knowledge of English and Italian;

Title: Graphic Designer
Location: Milan (Italy)

For our Studio in Milan, we are looking for a Graphic Designer. The successful candidate will have an experience of at least 5/6 years in the same role, possibly in a similar context to ours. They should have a strong ability to communicate through the digital tool and be familiar with brand & corporate identity strategies.

They will be reporting to the Head of Communication Design and must be able to efficiently communicate ideas and create design presentations.

Main Tasks:

· Design and develop brand and corporate identity;
. Create presentations of architectural, product and interior design projects;
· Research, design and develop new graphic concepts;
· Packaging design development;
· Follow creative direction and actively propose artwork and concepts.

Requirements:

· 5/6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with experience in products, architecture and interior design;
· Bachelor Degree in Graphic Design, a masters will be a plus;
· Fluent in English, written and spoken, Italian and German as a plus;
· Ability to think conceptually with creative vision;
· Excellent use of Illustrator, In-design and Photoshop. Some knowledge of Premiere or After Effects an advantage;
· Knowledge of graphic design process: from concept to production;
· Great communication skills;
· Ability to multitask;
· An interest in architecture/design is appreciated.

Title: Senior Architect (m / f / d)
Location: Munich

For our office in Munich in the Englischer Garten-Lodenfreypark, we are looking for further architects (m / f / d) who have in-depth experience in detailed planning.

In close dialogue with the headquarters in Milan, the studio in Munich works on projects in German-speaking countries, from design to implementation planning and art direction.

The Successful Candidate
• Successfully completed architecture studies and at least 10- 15 years of professional experience on projects in Germany;
• In-depth knowledge of planning and building law;
• Extensive experience in design and, above all, detailed planning in accordance with LPH 3-5;
• Experience in the hospitality and clinic sector is an advantage;
• Project experience in timber construction and prefabrication is an advantage;
• Very good knowledge of ArchiCAD;
• Very good knowledge in German as well as good knowledge of English.
